1. Order Cancellation:
1.1. You may request the cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing the order.
1.2. To initiate a cancellation, log in to your Soliket account, go to the "Order History" section, and follow the provided instructions.
2. Cancellation Eligibility:
2.1. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been processed for shipping.
2.2. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
3.1. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
3.2. Refunds may take 3 business days to process.
3.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
